Process & pricing
We use two SCRUM SPRINTS to build the ideas and vision needed to succeed. The first sprint outlines the problem and creates the first ideas. The second sprint creates a complete map of the solution.
Each Sprint requires an investment of € 7.500,-. This process can be repeated annually to ensure the current strategy and come up with the needed innovation to stay successful.

Daan Hoogendijk – founder
Daan Hoogendijk has over 20 years’ experience in the association market and has successfully transformed many associations. National and international.
ASPA works in teams. For every project we bring the best people together and work with them to innovate and create new association services and products.
Over 100 associations work and have worked with Daan Hoogendijk. Due to the fact that time is limited we prefers to work with associations that focus on the energy of creation and that think in solutions. Positive energy and passion create innovation.

Daan Hoogendijk was the founder of CCI – a leading software AMS in the Netherlands that was acquired by a multinational in 2017.
In 2014 Daan was one of the founders of DNA – The Dutch association for associations
In 2015 ASPA started – a one-stop-shop association change company that deliver feasible reliable and successful strategy, breakthrough services and products for associations and its members.
In 2016 Versterking was established – a company with over 40 specialists that help associations evolve into future thinking and future focused entities
In 2017 Daan Hoogendijk became Chairman of the Dutch AVG GDPR Foundation that provides affordable GDPR solutions to over 40.000 associations and association members
In 2018 ASPA cooperated with the Daan launch of GreenSpots to create the workspace of the future by combining a healthy and innovative working environment for today’s office professionals.
All above mentioned entities are active and successful today.
